VIA KT400을 탑재. 시리얼ATA지원,
SPDIF지원. AMD 메인보드중에 가장 초호화스펙을 자랑한 Iwill KK400은, KT400을 탑재한 메인보드들이 속속 등장하고
있는 가운데, ASUS에 이어 KK400 Series를 출시하여 관심의 이목이 집중되고 있다.
이제품은 KT400칩셋을
장착한 Iwill의 KK400제품군중에 하나로서, 새로운 Iwill의 제품컨셉과 그 길을 같이하고 있다.
먼저 SPDIF
/ 아날로그 6채널 하드웨어 사운드를 내장함으로써, SPDIF추가확장시 추가비용이 전혀 들지않는 것이 첫번째
장점이다.
두번째로 HPT371 Raid Controller를 장착하여, RAID 0레벨의 구성이 가능하다. 단,
1채널만 지원함으로, 2개까지만 장착할 수 있다.
세번째로 Serial ATA를 지원하는 AMD계열의 첫번째
메인보드이다.
네번째로, KT400을 탑재함으로써, USB 2.0지원, AGP 8X지원등 최신기술을 모두 집적하고
있다.
다섯번째로, FSB333Mhz를 공식지원한다고 발표함으로써, 앞으로 발표될 Thoroughbred Core의
FSB333Mhz CPU를 완벽하게 지원한다고 밝혔다.
