P4를 지원하는 저가형 제품이다. 이 제품의 특징은
SDR과 DDR SDRAM을 모두 사용할수 있다는것이다. 가격이 좀더 높은 DDR 메모리가 부담되는 유저는 SDR를 선택하여 시스템을
만들수 있고, 기존의 시스템에서 사용하던 SDR SDRAM을 그대로 사용하여 업그레이드도 가능하다.
특징적으로
ATA133을 지원하는데 하지만 내장 사운드는 2ch밖에 지원하지 않는다. 기본 설정이 SDRAM을 사용할 수 있도록 되어 있으므로
DDR Memory를 이용시에는 매뉴얼에서 안내하는 대로 점퍼 조정을 해줘야 하며, P4X333 칩셋을 탑재하였지만 AGP4X,
DDR333 비공식 지원, Vlink4X 까지만 지원한다.
