어느날 예전에 컴터를 맞춰준 친구에게 연락이 왔다. 컴터가 자꾸 저절로 멈춘다고....그래서 가보니 쿨러가 좀 이상했다. 음...바람이 별로 느껴지지 않는다랄까...그래서 쿨러를 분해하니 좀 상태가 쿨럭;;(고정핀도 하나 부러지려 하고...이사하다 충격을 받은건지...) 그래서 인텔에 AS를 받아볼 생각으로 전화를 걸었습니다.
상황을 설명하니 촛점을 잘 맞춰서 사진을 찍어 보내달라고 하더군요. 그러면 상태에 대해서 소비자 과실인지 아닌지 결정한후 알려 주겠다면서요. 알려준후에 2주는 더 있어야 물품을 받을수 있다고 하더군요.(3년전에 AS를 받아 본적이 있었는데 그때는 그냥 물어보고 보내주겠다더니 2주 뒤에 날라 왔었다..) 그 말 그대로 친구에게 전했더니 그냥 쿨러 싼거 사면 안되냐해서..된다고 했더니 사자고 하더군요, 그래서 일단 쿨러를 사서 달아주고 보니 전화 했던 돈이 아까워서...다시 연락을 했습니다..
그때 통화했던 분을 연결해 주시더군요. 사진을 보내 달라 하시기에 좀 귀찮은 맘도 들고 그냥 인텔 AS가 어떤가 궁금해서 물어 보았습니다. 대화는 축약하면 다음과 같습니다.
" 저...디카 없는데요."
"그럼 빌려서 찍으세요"
"저 빌릴 친구가 없으면 AS 못 받나요?"
"예 원칙상 불가능합니다."
"그렇군요. 그럼 전 AS 못 받겠네요"
" 주변에 디카 가진 사람 없습니까?"
"예 빌릴만한 친구 중에서는요"
" 그럼 일단 상부에 알려는 보겠습니다. 제가 판단할 상황이 아니라 AS가 되지 않을 수도 있습니다."
" 예 그럼 얼마나 걸리나요?"
" 2일 정도 뒤에 연락하겟습니다. "
그러고 전화를 끊었습니다...
3일뒤에 연락이 왔습니다. AS를 해주겠다면 이것 저것 많이 묻더군요. 결론은 모레정도에 DHL에서 갈거다 고장난 쿨러 포장 잘해둬라 였습니다. 이틀뒤 DHL이 와서 뭂품을 받아가더군요.
그러고나서 다음날 메일이 왔습니다.

결과적으로 그냥 이거 프린트해서 포장한거에 넣어둬라 였습니다. 간만에 영어 읽느라...ㅡㅡ;;
그러고는 그냥 잊고 지냈습니다 연락도 없고....
딱 2주를 하루 앞두고 메일이 왔습니다.

그냥 물건 보내준단 이야기더군요. 그러고 18일인가? 19일에 아마 물건을 받았던 듯합니다. DHL로 오더군요.
역시 인텔은 AS는 정말 뛰어나단 생각이 들엇습니다. 다만 쿨러 하나 AS를 위해서도 물품을 말레이시아로 보낸후 말레이시아에서 오느라 2주가 더 걸렸다는 점이 문제더군요. 이부분은 인텔 코리아에서 버퍼를 받아 올수 없는지 궁금해 지더군요.
허접한 AS 후기지만 혹시나 인텔에 AS를 받을 일이 생길수 잇는 분을 위해 적어둡니다.
