[질문]이 메세지좀 해결해주세요.

전에 글올렸던 사람입니다.
현재 오버는 안한상태이구여.
그때 미쳐 글을 쓰지 못했거든요...퍼런화면에 윗글처럼 메세지가 뜨는데 모르고 그때 남기지 못했습니다.
그때 후론 이 메세지가 뜨면 리부팅을 한후 아무이상없이 쓰고 있다가...참다참다 못참겠더라구요..그래서 다시 컴을 끈후 한참 후에 키고 나서 이 메세지를 일일이 적고 여기다 적어봅니다.
정말 짜증나네요....리부팅하면 안나타나다가...컴을 종료후에 퇴근길에 집에와서 다시 컴을 키면 이 메세지가 나를 환영합니다..라고 하는것처럼 나타납니다.
이 증상이 도대체 뭔지 알려주세요.
사양 다시한번 적어볼께요.
