대만 ECS에 보낸 답신.
첫 번째 메일은 support_tpe와 소피(sophie陳怡安)에게 보냈고 아래 있는 건 Chang Sunfeng(張順風)과 Stephen Lung(龍世一)에게 보낸 겁니다.
support_tpe@ecs.com.tw sent a reply for my e-mail. In Her/His mail, she/he said Mr. Chang is a PM and will help me for The Field Test. Following mail was sent to support_tpe@ecs.com.tw .

Following QnA is my answer.
Q : May I ask who give you that board?
A : The president of bodnara(www.bodnara.co.kr) gave it to me.
Q : Which PCB/BIOS version you got?
A : PCB version is K7VZA REV : 3.0 and BIOS version is the newest version from your web site. I made an update with downloaded files.

Q : Which problem you got please list it in detail, our TSD engineer Sophie and PM Sunfeng will help you for this.
A : Four Testers of ECS use almost all Windows from 98SE to XP RC1.
We use AMD Duron and Athlon up to1.4GHz.
In my case I use a 900MHz T-bird and 1.33GHz T-bird. OS s are 2000pro and XPpro.
All OS s, VIA 4in1 and nVIDIA Detonator are updated.
ALL Testers are experiencing SAME UNSTABLE situations as I descrived in former e-mail.
When mouse pointer stopped all we can do is power off and reboot.
We use on-board sound/IDE and one VGA(AGP) and a NIC(PCI). Nothing special.
Q : Or you can get another board for MSD for swap?
A : One of our four Testers swaped two times in local MSD after service center but NOT cured.
The REAL problem is ALL the Testers have SAME problems.
What you mean is we have to change ALL four Mother boards? That s nonsence.
