nVIDIA의 nForce2칩셋을 탑재한 Leadtek의 WinFast K7NCR18시리즈 4종에 대한 출시 소식이 들려오고 있는데
PcPop및 Xbitlabs에서 제품에 대한 스펙과 출시일에 대한 소식이 전해졌다.
이 소식에 따르면 nForce2칩셋이 nVIDIA에서 공식발표가 있은지 상당한 시간이 지났음에도 아직 실제 리테일 제품들이 나타나지 않고
있는데 얼마전 AthlonXP 2700+ 2800+의 출시와 함께 각 하드웨어 사이트를 통해서 잠깐 알려진 nForce2칩셋 메인보드들 중
Leadtek에서 준비하고 있는 nForce2칩셋 채용 제품들이 다음주에 나올것이라고 하며 XbitLab에서는 이달 말에나 출시할것이라고 하고
있고 PcPop에는 다음주 목요일에 출시될것이라고 하고 있다.
nForce2칩셋에 대해서는 이미 프리뷰등을 통해서 알려드렸는데 얼마전의 소식으로는 그들이 발표한것과 같이 오버클럭기능에서 상당한 능력을
보여준다고 하고 있어 AMD쪽의 칩셋들로서는 가장 기대되는 칩셋이다.
